We advise on the buyer's side, so this is the plain version, written before you speak to anyone.

What holds up

Dosti reports 143+ properties and 23,500+ families homed over 40 years, and states that all were delivered on time. Wagle Estate is a working business district, so the commute is short for people who work there, and the unit plans are efficient: 2 BHKs from 700 sq ft and 3 BHKs from 960 sq ft, total area.

What to weigh

This is under construction, not ready to move. The possession date is published for each wing on MahaRERA, so check the date for your wing and pay on the construction schedule you can verify. Wagle Estate is a commercial and industrial belt in transition, and the metro is not yet open.

What we check for you

The possession date on MahaRERA for your wing. The all-in price for your floor, with maintenance, club and parking charges. Which floors are open today. Admission terms for Dosti Club 604. We check each one with the developer before you pay a token.
