What holds up
Dosti has delivered 143+ properties, 23,500+ families and 17 million sq ft, and states that every one was on time. The site is five minutes from the upcoming Kalher station, and residents get a private club of about one lakh sq ft nearby, on the promoter's terms.
What to weigh
Kalher is further out than Majiwada or Kolshet: 6.6 km from Majiwada naka, and 10 km and about 20 minutes from Thane station in normal traffic. Metro Line 5 is under construction and the brochure gives no opening date. Until it opens, you drive.
What we check for you
Possession date for your wing, since phases differ. The all-in price for your floor, with maintenance and club charges. Which MahaRERA number covers your wing. We check each one with the developer before you pay a token.

Metro Line 5, the honest status
Thane–Bhiwandi–Kalyan, 24.9 km, 16 stations, under construction. Kalher station sits outside the project, about five minutes by road. The brochure gives no opening date, so we do not quote one. Ask us for the current status before you decide on the metro.
