Aurel by Adani is the project we have reviewed end to end, including the developer's brochure, the floor plans and the MahaRERA number they print. Other projects exist around the junction; we list only what we have reviewed, and where we have not seen a document, we say so.

Prices are starting figures and move with floor, tower and offer. Maintenance, taxes and other charges are extra. Confirm every MahaRERA number on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before you book.
The first four rows are what the developer's brochure lists as already in place. The rest are works still under way. The brochure gives no distances or opening dates, and neither do we.

Metro Line 4 runs Wadala to Kasarvadavali, and its station list includes Teen Haath Naka. It has been reported with a first-section target of December 2026 (Kasarvadavali to Cadbury Junction) and the Wadala end in November 2027. We have not seen an official MMRDA opening date, so we do not quote one to a buyer.
MMRDA's page for the Thane–Borivali twin tube tunnel gives 11.84 km including the connector, a cost of ₹18,838 crore, a 60-month completion period and 13.73% physical progress till August 2026, with tunnelling in progress from the Thane side. That is years of work still to go.
The brochure also describes a Kopri Bridge widening from 4 to 8 lanes and Metro Lines 4A and 5. These depend on the authorities, and the developer does not guarantee their timing.
Teen Hath Naka suits a buyer for whom the Mumbai side of Thane matters: the Eastern Express Highway, the Central Line and a short road to Mulund and beyond. Aurel is a G+50 tower launch, and a 3 BHK starts from ₹3.90 crore plus taxes, so this is the premium end of what we cover.
A junction this well connected is also a busy one, so visit at peak hour before you decide. If your first test is price, read Kalher. If you want a quieter pocket for a large brief, look at Pokhran Road. If you are weighing it against the closer micro-markets, read Majiwada-Balkum as well.

Metro Line 4 (Wadala to Kasarvadavali) is under construction, and its station list includes Teen Haath Naka. RERA carpet is what the law counts. Total area adds balconies and utility. For Tower E the developer's floor plans give RERA carpet of 1,513, 1,647 and 1,997 sq ft for the 3 BHK, 4 BHK Classic and 4 BHK Luxe, and total areas of 1,602, 1,741 and 2,281 sq ft. Always ask which of the two a quote uses.
