What to weigh
A mixed-use address brings retail and office footfall next to the homes, which suits some buyers and not others. Ghodbunder Road is busy at peak hours. The metro lines named below are upcoming, not open.

Possession date by tower on MahaRERA. The greens figure, 4.5 or 5 acres. Which towers and floors are open today. The all-in price with GST, stamp duty, registration and parking.

The metro and roads, the honest status
The booklet lists Mumbai Metro Line 4 (Wadala to Kasarvadavali, 32 stations) and Line 5 (Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalyan) as upcoming, and a Borivali to Thane tunnel, a high-speed Thane road and a Kolshet to Bhiwandi link as proposed. Opening dates are not given and the booklet says completion is not the developer's responsibility. Ask us for the current status before you count on any of them.
