What holds up
Uptown Urbania is a Rustomjee township of 100+ acres in Majiwada. La Vie has a central park, an Olympic-size pool, sports courts and an amenity floor plus a rooftop floor in every tower. Tower H adds a 58th-floor infinity-edge pool and a sky gym.
What to weigh
La Vie is eight independent towers on one site, so it is a large, busy community rather than a quiet enclave. The towers are at different stages and carry different registrations. Tower H is a high-rise of 58 storeys, with more homes sharing the lifts than in a low-rise.
What we check for you
The broadcast figures of 932, 960 and 981 sq ft are totals including the deck, as the planbook shows them, and we give you the carpet area for the home you choose. Which towers are open, and the possession date by tower on MahaRERA.

Four towers on offer, each with its own registration
La Vie is sold tower by tower. Each wing or tower below has its own MahaRERA number and its own mix of homes.
