The So'Niche Portfolio Properties ("So'Niche," "we," "us") is a buyer-side property advisory operating in Thane, Maharashtra. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and the property you're asking about — submitted through our contact form.
- WhatsApp click-throughs: if you message us via a "Chat on WhatsApp" link, WhatsApp shares your number and message with us the same way it would for any chat you start.
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, general location (city-level), device type, and on-site actions like starting or submitting the enquiry form — collected automatically via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you're comfortable, follow up with curated property options. Analytics data helps us understand which pages and content are actually useful, and to measure our own advertising.
Who we share it with
Enquiry form submissions are processed through Make.com, an automation platform, which routes your details into our internal Google Sheets lead log and, where relevant, sends an initial WhatsApp message via the WhatsApp Business Platform. These are data processors acting on our instructions, not independent buyers of your information. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) under their own privacy terms.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technology from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block these through your browser's cookie settings or extensions like Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, without affecting your ability to browse the site or submit an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to assist you, and for a reasonable period after in case you return — typically no more than 24 months of inactivity, after which we delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@sonicheproperties.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000, to protect the data you share with us. No online system is completely immune to risk, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are directed at adults evaluating property purchases. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
